3. Scheduling Appointments
Appointments may be requested through our website, phone, email, or text message. Appointment times are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather, emergency calls, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Service Fees
Diagnostic fees, repair costs, and replacement parts will be explained before repairs are completed whenever possible. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future service.
6. Customer Responsibilities

7. Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascani Appliance Repair shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ascani Appliance Repair, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

16. Service Call & Diagnostic Fee
Every service appointment with Ascani Appliance Repair is subject to a non-refundable Service Call and Diagnostic Fee of $89.99. This fixed fee covers the technician's travel, inspection of the appliance, diagnosis of the issue, and professional consultation, regardless of whether the repair is completed.
By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to pay this fee upon the technician's arrival.
The diagnostic fee is due even if:
- You choose not to proceed with the repair after the inspection.
- The repair cannot be completed due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided when scheduling the appointment.
Failure to pay this fee may result in the Company pursuing all lawful methods of debt collection.
17. Repair Results
A diagnostic service or completed repair does not guarantee that the appliance will be fully restored to proper working condition. Some defects may be hidden, intermittent, or occur simultaneously with other issues that cannot reasonably be identified during the initial inspection.
18. Diagnostic Procedures and Potential Risks
During the diagnostic process, the technician may need to move the appliance, remove exterior panels, disconnect certain components, or access internal parts in order to determine the cause of the malfunction.
By requesting service, you authorize Ascani Appliance Repair to perform these diagnostic procedures.
You also acknowledge that, due to the age of the appliance, normal wear and tear, corrosion, brittle plastic components, previous repairs, or installation conditions, additional defects or incidental damage may become apparent or occur during the diagnostic process despite proper workmanship.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ascani Appliance Repair shall not be liable for issues resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Corrosion or seized fasteners and connections.
- Aging or brittle materials.
- Hidden mechanical or electrical defects.
- Improper or non-standard installation.
- Previous repairs or modifications performed by third parties.
By scheduling a service appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions and the potential risks described above.
19. Return Visits or Refunds
Any decision regarding a return service visit or a refund is made solely at the discretion of Ascani Appliance Repair.
If the same issue reoccurs after a repair and, upon inspection, is determined to have resulted from an error in our workmanship, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
- Schedule a return service visit.
- Issue a full or partial refund for the work performed.
An approved return visit includes inspection of the reported issue only. If additional repairs, replacement parts, or labor are required, they will be quoted and charged separately.
This policy does not apply to new or unrelated issues, normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, intermittent failures, interruptions in electrical, water, or gas supply, or any repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by third parties after our service.
20. Food Spoilage and Perishable Items
Ascani Appliance Repair is not responsible for spoiled food or other perishable items that become damaged due to appliance malfunction, loss of cooling, repair delays, or equipment downtime.
The owner of the appliance is solely responsible for protecting, relocating, and properly storing all perishable items and for taking reasonable steps to minimize any potential loss.
